25th Feb Yoga with Teacher Endora
Today experience is amazing in a way. Teacher Endora reminded us to check how did we feel when we paused at a posture. 1st at counting 1 to 20 hold n release, felt sleepy towards end. 2nd, hold the legs straight into the air, felt impatient for 1st action. Stood at tree post, felt steady. At end of session, felt the shoulder above n mind clear n light! Thank you teacher Endora, l think my negative emotion has been worked on while doing the yoga! thsnk you angelic volunteers!
Remind me to breath
Simple thing like being reminded not to hold breath during yoga is helpful. Something that I tend to forgot.
