今天的瑜伽感觉超棒的!老师带领的每个动作都可以很好的完成。过程里觉察自己今天的意识是比较集中。没有意识混乱或分心的状态。
感恩老师在最后也回答了我关于在瑜伽过程如何提升抬脚的动作。
感恩义工们每天早晨坚持和用心安排瑜伽。
感恩我们健康的体魄可以早起一起做瑜伽。
感恩提供网络的公司和Zoom平台让我们可以任何时候任何地方学习瑜伽
感恩YSIpi平台设计的瑜伽课程是那么有效帮助我们

Today experience is amazing in a way. Teacher Endora reminded us to check how did we feel when we paused at a posture. 1st at counting 1 to 20 hold n release, felt sleepy towards end. 2nd, hold the legs straight into the air, felt impatient for 1st action. Stood at tree post, felt steady. At end of session, felt the shoulder above n mind clear n light! Thank you teacher Endora, l think my negative emotion has been worked on while doing the yoga! thsnk you angelic volunteers!

Simple thing like being reminded not to hold breath during yoga is helpful. Something that I tend to forgot.
